Families and Children
Children and families are very welcome at Crowthorne Baptist Church!

On Sundays we usually start our service with a time of all-age worship, lasting about half an hour. After this the children go to their own group, CBC Kidz. The group caters for primary school children and there is a crèche for babies and toddlers. All sorts of activities take place: games, crafts, Bible stories, music, etc., and refreshments are provided. The aim is to have fun whilst learning more about God. Parents of babies and toddlers are welcome to join the group or stay in the service with their children.
We have a Youth group for young people in school years 7 and upwards. They enjoy a variety of activities on Sunday mornings as well as a monthly social event.
When there are five Sundays in the month, the 5th Sunday is an All-Age service in the church.

SHINE!
SHINE is an informal time for families to enjoy together playing games, doing crafts and singing songs. It is ideal for primary aged children, but all are welcome.
In the past we held these on Sunday afternoons once a month, but we are now focusing on the very popular Saturday "Sparkle & Shine" sessions. They run from 10am to 12:15pm on some Saturday mornings during the year (see below for 2025 dates). A donation of £2 per child is suggested and it is always best to book in advance to ensure that we have enough craft and other materials available.
